The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 3pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Bebe Bernstein, Freya Bernstein and Karen B. Belfer, Trustees of the Bebe Bernstein Family Trust to add new stairs to the exterior, add a dormer and renovate 2 bathrooms, laundry, mechanical room and bedrooms.
